No staff at this hotel. Had to go to neighbouring Windsor hotel when booking this hotel the site said it had laundry facilities but it only had services available but I wasn’t going to pay 16k for 1 pair of panties to be washed! The staff at Windsor hotel were nice & one of them offered to mail my postcards for me as I couldn’t find a postbox anywhere Breakfast was always delicious

Overall is good. The building was a separate one from the reception so you had to enter with key card. It seemed a bit dangerous at night as stranger might be able to follow you to enter that building.

Noisy
This hotel is conveniently situated from the train station on one side and centre of town on the other. My original room was accessed via a short and tight spiral staircase and would not have been accessible by someone with a large bag and low strength or injury. The majority of the other rooms appeared more accessible. From 8 pm until after midnight loud music was played from a premises adjacent to the hotel. The music was too loud to allow sleep - even with the window closed. It was also unacceptably hot in the room with the window closed. I spoke with the night manager (based in the adjacent Windsor hotel) who offered me one of 3 alternative rooms but all rooms were in the same side of the hotel as the source of the noise. Finally, after midnight I approached the manager again and he relocated me to the adjacent Windsor hotel where I was able to sleep. Although the manager was helpful I feel that the final, successful solution should have been offered earlier. I did not ascertain the exact source of the noise - I suspect it was a licensed premises (bar). Breakfast was standard but good.

Great place. EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD BREAKFAST The only problem - small beds and very small blankets. I am not tall, but the blanket was not enough to cover my entire body. Although, that's a problem for all hotels in Denmark and Sweden I stayed at this time.

Short business stay.
Just a sleep-over from midnight until next morning. So simple and fine for the purpose. My room was just next to either a school or a kindergarten, so plenty of noise from kids playing around from approx. 8am.

The pleasant hotel lies near the train station. The check-in procedure was quick and efficient. To cite a small drawback, the elevator stopped only at the landings between two floors, so you had to carry your luggage up or down half a floor on your way to your room.

I booked a deluxe single which was tiny and its an afront to call it 'deluxe' based on the size; a regular single must hardly have room to walk passed the bed. Also to note that the head end of the bed couldnt be placed against a wall so would have been difficult to read etc. I paid extra and was given a dbl room which was more comfortable size wise. The window was old and very hard to open, which was essential as the weather was hot and the room was south-west facing. The floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery when wet and the drain wasnt able to take all the water from the shower so the entire floor in the bathroom was full of water apart from the corner where the toilet was. The sink didnt have a plug. The shared kitchen worked well, the staff was friendly, but young and not especially trained and or experienced in the service industry. They were located at the Dormir hotel further down the road and you interact via a screen in the foyer. You could always go to Dormir to speak to someone in person. For example, my safe didnt work and it wasn't fixed during the three days I was there despite promises to look into it. I got no messages that they had looked into the problem, and if so, and why it couldnt be fixed. They didnt offer to keep any of my valuables in a central safe. I didnt breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment but it looked ok. I will never stay there again; a place like many that try to squeeze as many people into a building not built for the purpose

Strange experience
Selection was influenced by location and the online presentation. The "photo of a room" shared no similarity to reality at all. Location and quiet setup would be a plus, but - at least the room given - was not fit for purpose.

WiFi speed might be "very fast", but in the basement where my room was located the signal was not acceptable. The room was damp and not really comfortable. I think that sewage from all other rooms came through the pipes in my room. It sure sounded like it, Breakfast was surprising good. Easy reception service through a web cam.

The room was so small, i felt like Harry Potter living under the stairs. The pictures do not represent what the rooms are really like. The bed was tiny and every time I moved it would crack and squeak. The bathroom was so small. Seriously do not book here. The reception is a robot with a screen on it.

Minor flaws but good and decent in all.
Good average Hotel, with good facilities like free coffee, and a late night cafe for food, if needed. But no reaction from desk when complain about harsh cigarette all over the floor, from someone smoking in their rooms, and the furniture in the rooms is of low quality. Shower head broken in bathroom, but managed to get a bath still thou, but the design of the bathroom was so there got water on the door and out in the room, which probably why the bathroom door was hard to close, due to being exposed to water all the time. Again a decent hotel, with some small flaws thou.

The room was off the side of a courtyard. It was noisy, I was woken four times during the night by other guests closing doors. The bathroom stank and the toilet hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. It smelled of mould and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. I had to step over a wet floor to get to the toilet and the sink as the shower is located between them.

Too expensive for what it has to offer
Parking at the hotel is very difficult. On the road in front of the hotel you can only park for 30 minutes between 09:00 and 16:00. This hotel is not directly manned. The front door is automatic and opens on your hotel key or by calling the receptionist. The receptionist is physically at another hotel. On arrival you connect to the reception via video link (I.e. Skype). The machine will dispense your room cards and you can make your payment there. The room was very small, there is very little daylight coming in and there is no room for suitcases. The bathroom is tiny too. There is no shower cabin so after the shower the bathroom is soaked. The drains smell and the pipes from the room above run through the bathroom which is very noisy. In the public area there are various security cameras. They are obviously present by their flashing lights and making noises while moving. This gives me an uneasy "Big Brother" feeling. The breakfast is average. A very limited choice of items and the scrambled eggs are dried out by the time I had my breakfast.

Cheap not budget Wall light hanging of the wall and far to low to be next to the bed with flat metal back plate and no cover over 1 of 3 LEDs Tv wall mounted low over base of bed . Don't turn up late if you need to park . Only very limited local street parking

I could have chosen to stay at a cabin metro if I had wanted basic. I thought I was choosing some where with more atmosphere. Saw no staff. Checked in with a machine. Machine wanted my credit card. Had to pay upfront before I even saw the room. one bed smaller than a normal single bed " cut to fit" the room. Room tiny. Had my daughter with me, fortunately she's not demanding and nor am I Saw it through as I was forced to pay upfront otherwise I would have moved elsewhere. But would no stay there again. I know Denmark is very expensive and rooms are over priced compared to other countries. And I regularly visit Denmark. But this was extreme in my view. And I have travelled a lot.
