"The check in process was super easy, and the guy who checked us in was super informative and so nice. The room was cute and clean and was stocked well. There was not a lot of noise which I was a bit nervous about being in the same parking lot as a gas station but after 9 it was pretty quiet. My only one complaint was the cleaning room was next to us and the cleaning staff starts playing music at 8:15am. "Property was beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. Except for one man at the front desk. Was not friendly at all and he wasn’t even the one helping me. He just stared at me and the other staff I was speaking to. Than I sent my sons to ask for towels and they said a man was very rude to them. Later in the day while in the lobby they pointed him out and it was the same man. "
