"The room was clean. Seemed just a teeny bit outdated. I have a temporary disability. The person at the counter saw I was on a knee scooter. Our room was on a hill and there was no way for me to get to it without going across the parking lot. The parking lot was terrible to take my scooter on as it was not smooth at all! I couldn’t find a way to get in. I had to have my husband help me up the curb without falling. We didn’t find out until the next day that had we went down the hill there was an elevator to the second floor which is where we were up the hill. Guess I should’ve asked. "

"Clean, spacious room with beautiful view. Balcony was a decent size space. Staff was helpful and courteous. Bedding was comfortable, bed was decent. Added another night with an upgraded room. View was breathtaking and even more spacious. Amazing walkway path to beach and plenty of sitting areas around property to watch ocean and sunset. Highly recommend this place if don’t want to be around the busy part of pier area. Only 15 min walk on beach to pier."

"We enjoyed our stay, the staff is kind and inviting. Although over the years they have made tremendous improvement overall to the property and rooms, they need to attend to the details. I suggest the room service staff be trained in housekeeping/hospitality cleaning. Again it's the details that matter and will bring this hotel to the next level. "

"This place was good for the price. The staff from what I saw was one person doing everything this young man needs help. He had a very friendly attitude and was hard working. My only complaint was there was no outlets by the bed and the TV in my room wouldn't work on our second night there."
