We were upgraded to a room with what might be the best view in Sydney - overlooking the harbour and the iconic Opera House. Waking up to that view every morning and seeing the city lights at night was truly special. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and the hotel made the experience even more memorable with beautiful thoughtful touches. Our room was prepared with rose petals, and a bottle of champagne was waiting for us upon arrival. It made us feel genuinely welcomed and celebrated."

"The room was clean and comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The shower was nice and the water was hot. The environment outside the room was quiet. The only downside was the water dripping outside a couple of the rooms. Definitely a trip/slip hazard for people who have mobility issues. Staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and close to southern cross railway station. Free tram zone just around the corner. A quick ride to Bourke Street Mall and shops and restaurants."
