"Amazing venue not far from Hobart. Stayed 2 nights and as it was not very busy upgraded our room. Fireplace to have a drink beside and breakfast was good. Definitely worth a visit "

"The Lord Nelson is a historic hotel bar and brewery. The rooms above are basic but charming. Ours had a great view of the Sydney's city lights while removed. The bathroom was a nice surprise. Expected a more out of date bath but is was clean modern and adequate in size. The staff was welcoming as you come and go through the bar. "

"Comfy bed, clean and tidy as usual. Only suggestion a pest spray in and around building would be good as there were a lot of bugs around. But to be fair, it was a 44 degree day "

"Great little pub - reasonably quiet, nice and clean AND close to just about everything. The only improvement I could suggest is darker window blinds to keep the morning light out a bit. It reminds me of an outback Australian pub where the meals are great, the beer is cold, and the accomodation does the job."

"I always stay in a room overlooking the river and find them quieter than the rooms facing the road. Always clean. Rooms are a very good size. Staff are always friendly. I always stay here when in Dalby. "
