Outdated. Freezer iced up. No fridge door holders. Cobwebs Dusty corners. Shower facility dangerous for older people. Bathroom fan noisy. Not a pleasant outlook. Okay perhaps for overnight stay but not for long term. We left after 2 days. A bit depressing.

The booking system was abysmal and far from user friendly. No one in attendance upon arrival. Happily, a total foul up was averted by the owner/manager via phone who was very pleasant and obliging and sorted the electronic mess with the booking.

We booked the wrong dates, rang the property within 2 minutes of booking, the owner would not allow us to change our dates as this was policy. "Too bad, he said" He clearly didn't care one bit. I don't see how it could have been any bother to him to accommodate us at another time. Very Poor.

It would be nice to have a car park allocated to your room. Not have to park anywhere you can find. Room was old, dated however clean with clean bedding

We arrived late and the manager had our room ready and the heater on. At 1am it was the best thing in the world. No amount of stars show the appreciation for good hospitality. He was up early to help us get sorted in the morning.

Unfortunately the tiles in the shower were bulging out. If these had of fallen it could of caused some damage. The room was tidy but not exceptionally clean. For the price of the room per night I think it was expensive for what we stayed in

Tidy and Compact rooms. Able to book in earlier which was a bonus. Pool area nice but didn't use as only there 1 night. Golf Club just across the road. Tennis Court at the rear needs some work done to it. Hosts very accommodating. Would stay again.

The staff and Justin were friendly and helpful. A genuinely great place for a quiet break from Melbourne with a perfect pool. Meals at the Golf Club across the road are fabulous and the river at the end of the road is a great place for an evening walk.
