The moment I entered my room, I found the toilet in an unacceptable state—poop particles were left in the toilet bowl. I had to notify the front desk so maintenance could clean it out.

"The room was clean and bathroom very nice. At first. BUT why do we have to request house keeping. And house keeping never came. We only got towels because I requested. The staff was very helpful especially Ben and his wife.
Just had a hiccup on upstairs neighbor they are loud but after complaining to the management they we're able to resolve the issue.
All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful trip. This hotel is near the beach just a block away, even we don't have a view but the beach and boardwalk is so close to the hotel.
Nearby restaurants too.
Definitely would love to go back."
