I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ocean 1, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. Check-in was smooth and efficient! Most importantly, the service throughout my stay was consistently warm and professional. Every team member I encountered seemed genuinely happy to help and always greeted me with a smile.

Property is at a great location. Right on the boardwalk and beach and accessible to all activities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing is that the rooms are old and outdated. Definitely need renovations and parking is not onsite, about two and a half blocks away. Otherwise enjoyed my days at the beach, boardwalk and amusement park. Very convenient

We had a great stay. Our room was great! I was so happy to have a room without carpeting at the beach. Only complaint is it was SO DARK, needed a few lamps.

Customer service was good and prime location with boardwalk access. Room had a smoke smell. The wallpaper from the walls was peeling in places. There was a punched hole in the wall. The bathroom smelled of urine and there was no privacy with the balcony. The people on the balcony next to us smoked pot and it seeped into our room. Beds hard too.

Everything was good except the "standard room " with 2 queen beds is NOT the picture that Expedia shows. That made us very unhappy We had a very old looking room. Wallpaper was peeling and beds looked antique . Also no house cleaning unless you asked. Im not sure I would trust Expedia again.
