The place has a quiet, friendly vibe where people go to relax and read and chat and enjoy the beach and the Pines & Cherry Grove Village. The pool is the perfect place to read or chat. "I will begin by saying that the staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful. They were competent, friendly, professional. As my husband said , “they were as good as the staff at the Plaza or Trump Towers.” Secondly, the downstairs is amazingly beautiful. Thirdly, the rooms need a major overhaul. The showers don’t have very good water pressure at all. I took a cool shower. Mold in the bathroom sink. The hallway was not vacuumed once during the week of my trip. Honestly, the staff would be the reason I returned to this hotel. Breakfast was good, but very expensive."
