"First if all, I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5 * rating for doing their best in assisting me with accomodation problems I encountered during our stay.
Problems I encountered:
1. Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219.
2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again.
3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and the air-conditioning was working a lot better than 507. We checked the room and found the bed really old and stained, the comforter stained and dirty along the parts tucked in the mattress, the bathroom faucet was leaking lightly, the front door has no security bolt/latch, there was a worm wriggling on bathroom floor beside the toilet bowl.
It was already around 10pm , so we just accepted the room as we were already so tired that we just wanna rest.
