"This hotel was fantastic, from the staff (extremely friendly and accommodating), to the hotel rooms (beds comfortable, pillows/sheets super soft, space decorated nicely), to the amenities (spa). "Hidden gem! It’s a standard 4 star hotel but the view of the Eiger & Jungfrau mountains is the best! I stayed at room number 113 (level 3) and 021(level 2) both have an amazing view of the mountains. But of course the higher the better. Spacious room and very practical. They recently refurbished almost 80% of the rooms so the pictures in hotels.com portal is the old one. The one I uploaded is their room after refurbishment. Worth every penny I spent! Will definitely come back again. Special...
