"All was OK, very good even. Unfortunately, I was not notified when booking that I had to reserve a parking space in their garage. So I had to park outside, in a public parking space with all my stuff inside the car. Not ideal..."

"The first room they gave me still had someone's belongings in there. I assume they gave me someone else's room.
