"Very nice place. Room was clean and beds comfortable. 3 min walk to Kloten, Stadhaus bus stop (train transportation also available a block away). The staff was very helpful with directions to local food establishments, public transportation recommendations and calling for taxi to get to the airport. Some rooms had refrigerators but for some reason ours did not. No ice or hair conditioner available, but that seem to be very common in European hotels. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel is located near the airport with free shuttle service from Zürich airport. The staff who checked us in is nice and approachable with a friendly smile. But the bar staff is abrupt when we asked for a cup ( only 2 cups in the room when 3 of us checked in) as it is out of hours when we arrived and housekeeping is not available. Standard room size. Comfortable bed and clean. Close to the train station to city centre or to the airport. Need to book and pay for the shuttle service to the...
