"If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. "

"Helpful and friendly concierge and reception desk Ahmad and team. Situated quite well and walking distance to train station, old town and lake zurich area. Snow fell for the first time in dec the day we arrived!"

"The staff were absolutely amazing, quite helpful and also friendly. The room was immaculate with a lot of attention to little but useful things such as magnifying mirror in the toilet and other mirrors outside. The coffee in the room was so delicious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a central location very close to everything. "
