Three nights visit to the north of Alsace.
Having stayed in September for two nights we were looking forward to our return. Our three night stay was disappointing as our room was not attended to at all - soaps had to be collected from reception on the second day, the rubbish was never collected & the long corridor to our room was dirty, with dust & general dirt. Breakfast was fine & the dining room staff were pleasant. Having quietly pointed out the shortcomings at reception twice, there was an indifferent response. It was a sad reflection on what our previous visit had made on us.

Très belle rénovation de ce couvent , transformé (en partie) en hôtel - restaurant . De l'accueil aux différents services (chambre impeccable, restauration, personnel) séjour remarquable .

Adventszeit in Elsass
Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfreich und hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Die Qualität des Essens im Restaurant war sehr gut und da es geregnet hat war es sehr bequem für uns, vor Ort zu essen. Der Weihnachtsmarkt im Wissembourg am Sonntag war sehr schnuckelig und hat zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit ☺️

Nous nous attentions à bien mieux au vu des photos du site internet .. nous avons eu la surprise d’un lit 2 personnes avec 2 matelas simple pas très pratique .. de plus la chambre que nous avons eu était dans son jus encore une fois pas comme sur les photos. Concernant le petit déjeuner assez faible pour le prix .. nous avons eu l’occasion de nous rendre dans des hôtels bien moins chère et bien plus moderne avec un déjeuner plus copieux.. dommage

Havre de paix
Je passe régulièrement des nuits dans cet établissement lors de mes déplacements professionnels. C’est un véritable havre de paix où l’on déconnecte totalement de l’agitation extérieure. Un petit tour dans leur splendide jardin fleuri est un pur moment de bonheur après mes longues journées de travail. L’équipement de la chambre est simple mais suffisant pour être agréable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le personnel est bienveillant et à l’écoute de vos besoins . Je recommande vivement.

Hôtel pas cher. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix de la chambre. Deux bémols : pas de télé. pas dramatique mais embêtant pour les téléphages... Bâtiments mal indiqués,mal signalés. Mais excellent rapport qualité-prix en tout cas. Très calme qui plus est.

Accueil agréable pour un 1er séjour. Petit déjeuner copieux en libre service. Chambre simple avec literie confortable. Parking aisé. Seul bémol : 3 jours de brouillard non stop.
