"Stayed for a few nights to relax after a trip to Munich. Hotel is in a very nice location with views of the German alps all around. Easily walkable to the main portion of town with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked and the lady working the breakfast area would offer to make eggs for us in the mornings. "As is typical for Oberammergau inflated prices taking advantage of the NATO school transient population, this hotel is no exception, rather the poster child for under performing and customer service. Wifi is HORRID, and I was blamed for the issue. NATO has two official languages, French and English.
