We had dinner in their restaurant and the food was remarkably good, topped only by extremely attentive and swift service. My husband used the gym, which is on the smaller side but brand new, Rooms are quiet, mattress was excellent and firm - we slept very well. Overall a superb hotel in the hills above the Rhine. "Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and smelled wonderful throughout. The staff were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely pleasant, they spoke with me, not at me, which made the customer service stand out. Pros: Attentive staff. Hotel was clean and had a lovely scent throughout the common areas. They gave complimentary bottles of water, and had comfortable rooms with a great bed. The rooms had nice touches, included shelving for storing items, a bench for suitcases, and a well-appointed bathroom (though the shower did leak onto the floor). The towels were quality as well. Cons: 1.⁤ The entrance was inconvenient. The doors are manual rather than automatic, so if you're carrying heavy bags, you have to set them down just to open the door. You also have to walk around to the side entrance, then take an elevator up to the lobby floor to check in. 2.⁤ The shuttle service, although free, was a hassle. It's not clearly located at the airport. It took me about 1hr to figure out where it was and the airport staff weren't helpful. I found it located about 200 meters off to the side, near the medical center, and once dropped off at the hotel, you still have to walk another 300 meters to reach the hotel. Doing this with heavy luggage, especially in the rain, was genuinely unpleasant."

"We had a long layover in Frankfurt and this hotel was a super good choice. Clean, easy check in, comfy bed, quiet, all the things you would need for showering and bathroom well stocked. The breakfast was wayyy better than a Canadian hotel breakfast! We also went to a restaurant/bar called The Roof (3 min walk) for a late night bite to eat, and a beer, best burger and fries. Super great hotel I recommend!"
