"The hotel is a little dated with limited views of the city. It states a restaurant on site, but there is no restaurant or bar as stated on their website. The complimentary breakfast was good but they close the restaurant right at 9am. Coffee was not available after the 9am closing since everything was removed by the staff. The staff was great and they reported the hotel is being renovated starting in November 2026. The rooms definitely need updating and our sofa had a lot of stains on it. There...

"The room was not clean after my first day. I went to the front to ask why and they said 'we only service the rooms every other day'. I was shocked.
When on vacation i want my room serviced every day not every other day. How do we get fresh clean towels??"

"We found Homewood Suites downtown Pittsburgh to be the perfect spot for our weekend trip. The location was ideal for our event as it was right on the water, and close to the Strip District for food and entertainment. We were in town for a rowing regatta and were easily able to bike along the course from the hotel to view the race.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The room was nice, spacious and clean.
The continental breakfast was well presented and tasty.
Would return.
