"Desk clerk told me that we had a 1pm check out time but our room wasn’t on cleaning lady’s list . Tried to phone desk when our tv remote didn’t work but their phone was permanently “busy “. Swimming pool was the size of a large jacuzzi constantly full of kids— contrary to online photos!"

"Room was clean and staff were extremely accommodating but the room it self was just okay. Beds were too soft. Felt smaller than queen beds. Pillows were so soft that even 2 together didn’t support my head; just sank dow lower. Heat and cooling was a nightmare four our allergies. Looking for pet free room due to allergies but none designated in this hotel. Staff found a room with no pets for 36 days but still issues. "

"Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift.
Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience."

"Staff were friendly.
Room decor on 3rd floor was very interesting, whoever the interior decorator was, needs to find a new career.
Bed was comfortable, had a great sleep.
Hairs in bathtub. Didnt use it.
Nice that breakfast is included but the scrambled eggs were wet, cold, and did not taste like eggs. No bacon, only sausage. Very poor breakfast selections.
Did not use the pool or gym but they looked ok, not big.
Good place to stay for 1 night, just passing through."

"If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place!!!
We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 11 night due to a death in the family. While we were there a few hockey teams checked in (ages 10-16). They constantly ran up and down the hallways screaming. The parents were drinking and talking very loud in the hallways. We talked to the front desk and they moved us promising no hockey teams or family’s were on the 5th or 6th floor.
