"I stayed at the Renaissance in Mobile for a girls’ trip and really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a river view room where we could see the Amtrak train and the cruise ship, which made the view even better. I also liked the added security of needing a key card to access the floors. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the stay. They do offer breakfast, although I didn’t get a chance to try it. My only downside was the parking...

"Breakfast was better than Golden Coral. Staff was so nice kind and friendly. Pool area was soooooo relaxing and accommodating. I celebrated Mothers Day there . My autistic grandsons love this place. My nieces and nephews loved the pool area. They Missed out on the popcorn which was the only disappointment. Cause that popcorn is the bomb. Lol. It was so awesome. I highly recommend anyone coming in town to visit to stay here. The beds are so comfortable. Roma’s are nice and spacious"

"Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online."
