They have used the same tiles on the floor as the walls in the bathroom. They are incredibly slippery. Bed is very hard and lumpy

The man at reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean and serviced daily and the bed was comfortable. Located an easy walking distance to the RSL club where the meals were wonderful. The only small negative was the pressure of the hot water, which was low. Plenty of hot water but low pressure BUT that could be a Council issue. We would definitely stay again.

Daily room servicing featured, with wonderful fresh towels! Some pics might suggest a wooden building, but there are brick walls between units, which helps with noise.

My mrs work as a hotel service manager in a big camp. She inspects the rooms. She could not find a spec of dust.

Okey dokey at Oakey
Towoomba Flower Festival very busy time but all in order. We left in pouring rain and I unknowingly dropped an expensive skin product missing it some days later. I rang on a chance to find that they had picked it up outside and were holding it. Offered to post it back to me (freight forward) and arrived as promised. Nice to find helpful honest people.

No lock on room door. Couldn't stay the night
Man that checked me in appeared intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. Getting to my room the bogus key didn't do a thing. The only way to lock the door was with a chain from the inside. If I wanted to go out my belongings wouldn't be safe. I felt very unsafe so I decided to leave. On checking other things in the room, the microwave only switched on but didn't start. An overhead light wouldn't work and the TV could only pick up snow. Female hotel staff on a phone call refused to admit any fault, thought the door unable to lock was fine and denied anything was wrong! No apology or refund. Shouldn't be open for business.
