"Unusual hotel stay but overall worked out well. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they were often not at the reception desk. Didn’t need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. Each time, we went to the lobby to get our answer. Fwiw, there are no safes in the rooms (“We don’t have safes because we’re not a hotel. "This hotel stay is a 10 of 10!! Brand new hotel in a repurposed school building from the 1930s! Open floor exposed concrete concept with beautiful new appliances. Near the Minneapolis convention center this is ideally located in downtown Minneapolis. The room size for price including full kitchen is a bargain! Definitely worth the stay!!"

"Stylish, clean, convenient 1 BR apartment on the south end of downtown. Easy walk to the Convention Center, Nicollet bus mall, and Loring Park. I didn't take advantage of any of the extra building amenities (fitness room, pool, etc.), but they looked nice!"
