"Handicap room had thick carpeting which was very challenging to move around for person in wheelchair . No place in bathroom to set a bathroom bag causing many trips over carpeting for person in wheelchair. 1st room 303 shower head pressure so strong it bruised my husband’s back! We requested a room change, they only wanted to have maintenance fix. They couldn’t fix and eventually moved rooms. We heard from staff that was reported for months! Very inconvenient since we were there for a wedding and didn’t have time to pack up to move a set up in new room especially since my wife is in a wheelchair! Room was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast service was exceptional! "

"The parking is atrocious. Not a lot of spaces with a lot of contractors driving bigger sized trucks, not semis but larger pickup trucks double parking. Gotta be better! Also, 1 washer and dryer per hallway. You have to pay 3 dollars but all the way at the front desk. The dryer I used, failed on 3 separate occasions at 50 mins, 40 mins, and 20 mins. "

"The service was exceptional. My wife and I had a couple of questions and they went above and beyond to answer them and to find us a good solution. No problems just things we hadnt planned for on our trip. The Hotel is clean and well run. I didnt have the morning breakfast but went down there and it was a good selection and well kept up. Clean and filled. We didnt have any issues with sound or commotion. We stayed on a Saturday night and our room was at the far end of one hallway/2nd floor. "
