"This is the ideal location if you’re coming to the area for birdwatching. I’ve been coming in May for several years and have stayed in different places, but this will now be my go to spot. Condo is exactly as shown, it was immaculate and decorated very cute, furniture comfortable, complex was very clean and Safe. Love the little screened in porch. "Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay."
