"We had a fantastic stay at the Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head. The front desk staff was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful both during check-in and throughout our visit. They gave us excellent recommendations for delicious local meals and great spots to explore nearby. The hotel’s location is ideal—just steps from a beautiful beach. "I’ve been a guest with multiple times and never have an issue. The Hotel does need an update on its rooms as the decor is very outdated. However the staff were polite and we really did enjoy how accommodating they were with young children. Also very close to shops and restaurants "

"Great room. Clean. Great bed, nice functional kitchenette with a fridge. Good coffee and banana bread for breakfast. Receptionist were helpful. Got to use kayak and paddleboards, the pool and the hot tub. Amazing opportunity to see sea turtles from the resort if (and only if) you are willing to paddle to the deep see reefs."
