Towels & lotions provided, which was nice. No whirlpool/spa. The stairs to climb in/out very hard for seniors. No snack bar to purchase drinks. Drinks at the DaDa bar are not allowed at the pool. The told us to try and come the next day to see if we could have the room that we booked. Explained to them we have a disabled person. So we really needed that room. They offered us a shower chair.
