"Our stay at Loch Lein Country House was exceptional. The hotel was immaculate and the staff went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. Paul's knowledge of the area was invaluable. "This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a nice patio. "The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"One of the best hotel stays we have ever had, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel special and that did not decline throughout our stay. The hotel itself is spectacular but its greatest asset is the staff. "We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds "
