"Easy access to commuter rail and shopping centre/ grocery shop very close by. Staff were lovely and helpful and the room was big and clean with heated floors in the bathroom and a nice modern TV. Window overlooked planes at Bromma airport without being loud. Would stay again "

"Great room! Quite spacious and kitchen very well equiped. Access to the laundry room (free!) and to a gym. Breakfast included is great (lots of options, fruits, eggs and luncheon meat, different kinds of bread, veggies, yogourt...) Great location, three minutes walk to metro. "Where to start, well this was a very lovely two night stay for my friend and I. We were in town for my birthday and a concert and this stay was absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made us feel at home but there was one employee who really gave top tier customer service and warm hospitality. Thomas was a wonderful person to come across, from the moment we walked in he was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond when it came to dinner for my birthday in the hotel’s restaurant after we flew all day. As a former hospitality worker in an array of positions and environments (in America) I can certainly say Thomas was among the best. The entire staff made us feel comfortable & welcome. The breakfast was very good so make sure you wake up on time for that! If you’re traveling via Uber, it’s fairly easy to get one within 15-20 minutes so plan ahead. If I should find myself in Sweden again, I will definitely want to stay here! Thank you staff of Best Western and especially Thomas! Peace & love, Carrie "
