Huge disappointment considering the price. It has the potential to be an "Oasis" place to stay due to its garden surroundings but definitely lacks in every other aspect. The rooms were generally clean but the structures themselves are in need of some repair. Small details like dingy very worn towels are not the mark of a higher priced hotel.
The tap faucet was broken in the bathroom. I pointed it out to the clerk, but it was never fixed.
The safe worked a little different than most hotels, but there were no instructions on its operation. Being a guy, I tried to figure it out but locked it without a code...ooopps. I had to get the desk clerk to explain the procedure, but a visible set of steps would have been better.
The Wifi was slow which pretty well matched everywhere in Nyuang.
Breakfast was sparse at best. Some coffee, toast, juice and fruit but no organized cooking. They did ask if I wanted scrambled eggs but took 15 minutes to make. I was only 1 of 3 people there. The tea they poured me was cold. They seemed surprised when I asked if they had any that was hot.
When pouring rain, it is nice to have a fallback of some TV. However, only three of the channels they had listed on the room channel card were present. The rest, when working, were Indian TV running the same commercials in a loop. There was an error message on the 1st channel mentioning some issue with the system which I pointed out to the clerk. She said they would look into it but never resolved the p
