"We enjoyed our stay at this Best Western in Salzburg. Check-in was quick and the staff was helpful on several occasions. "The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable."
