"Das komplette Resort, so wie unsere Garten-Villa waren absolut sauber, modern und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Mit der Essensauswahl, deren Qualität und derer Aufbereitung waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke, waren für die gute Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt und nicht überteuert. Das Personal war auch stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Jeder war stets bereit für ein nettes Gespräch oder uns Tipps für den Aufenthalt oder Ausflüge zu geben....

"Hotel is beautiful, but still lacks basic customer service details. We inadvertently left our “do not disturb” on for entire day while we were diving, so no housekeeping came (understandably.) However when we asked for potable water, they never brought it, nor when I asked for housekeeping to come later they never did. Soap was out in women’s pool bathroom, and breakfast was meh; mostly Indonesian dishes and the pastries were stale. The location is great and the design of the hotel is stunning,...
