It was a mini break for our family, its a nice budget friendly motel, the new owner Elizabeth is very helpful and friendly and knows alot about the area.

Very pleasant stay. New owners have done a great job of refurbishing. Super friendly staff, nothing was a problem. Would be great if wifi and tv reception was upgraded.

Room had just been refurbished and in the main a great upgrade particularly the shower facility. Two comments that are not meant to detract too much from the upgrade are the room was freshly painted and the paint fumes were overpowering (maybe a day or two airing would have been better) also in the new configuration there is no over bowl shaving mirror.

We liked the lady running the place, who indicated to us that there were Internet problems in the rooms. This was an inconvenience for us, but she seems to be working on it. She gave us a nice welcome, and the room and parking were fine. The place needs work, but the owners bought it not long ago, and have plans to update it. Overall, a good place to stay for a night or two in the Barossa.
