"No pets allowed per property details when booked. Reason for booking due to allergies. When we arrived was asked how many pets as they charge $20 each. The person checking us in had multiple peircings on her face with a black hoodie. Very dirty. I checked the room and bed and found hairs on the bed sheets as if the covers had been pulled up without being changed. I advised the person at the front desk we could not stay there. She said since It wss booked online I would have to contact them fot a refund. Then we left and booked a room on down the interstate in Murfreesboro."

"Everything about this place was nice. It was clean, the people were polite,breakfast was good, and 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby"

"Rooms were not clean , stains and cigarette burns on bedding, mattress protectors stained and sheets were stained. My family and I could not stay there we had to leave because conditions were so terrible. "

"Check in was easy and she was super friendly. Room was clean but lots of wear and tear all over the room. I just needed a place to sleep and this was perfect. Right off the interstate and I couldn’t hear a thing which was nice. Very quiet. I was told you need to be extra careful around the area due to drug abuse/users around but I had no issues. I didn’t use the free breakfast so can’t comment. If you just need a pit stop with no frills this is it."
