This was a great value hotel. The location, just a couple of blocks from both the Esplanade and the Market is excellent. If you're looking for a full service hotel with a formal check-in, concierge, etc., this is not your hotel. If you're comfortable with communications and check-in via What's App, you'll be rewarded with a great price, clean hotel, and a free laundry (that we used). Our takeaway - after our first Bob W experience, we will look for locations in other cities.

Extremely good centrally located hotel within a few minutes of main railway station. Rooms are spacious and clean and most importantly very quiet. Excellent breakfast choices too. Handy for shops and restaurants and all main attractions in city centre. Staff always available and friendly. Cannot praise this place highly enough and would definitely stay again.
