We love every bit at this accommodation! Very recommended. Complete amenities, nice and serene ambience, within the city, and beautiful view of Mt Fuji.

Modern new design suite with kitchen appliance that make us feel like staying own home. Variety of restaurant around the area.

If you are self-drive in this area this property is perfect location and you can have a perfect view of mt. Fuji at the rooftop of this building.

The rooms are the largest that I've experienced anywhere in Japan. Hotel was clean, efficient and the staff provided great service. The room rate is on the high side but I'll still recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience throughout our stay. All staff were very helpful and attentive from the moment we arrived. 1 of our party has food allergy, the staff at Macaroni Club arranged a different dessert for the party involved, even though it was a complimentary dessert. The staff at the restaurant delivered service beyond our expectations! Deeply appreciated! Thank you.

Excellent . 1 night is not enough. Will come back for more nights.

Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable except for an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The hotel's location is peaceful and quiet, and the view is nice when the weather is good.
