"Wonderful customer service and the aircon was a welcome relief in the heat. The property was in OK condition and the cleaners were so considerate and helpful. Breakfast was OK with fresh tropical fruits, eggs, toast, juice and coffee. Having the restaurant onsite was great when we just wanted to stay in. "This was a last minute booking made when our preferred booking was cancelled, after being confirmed more than three months earlier, apparently due to overbooking??? On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available.
