"Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the start to the checkout. We had to check out at noon but we weren’t getting picked up until 1pm. The front desk let us keep out bracelet until our uber picked us up so we could keep on enjoying the hotel. To get to some of the activities we did have to drive a bit but the Ubers weren’t to badly priced."

"The property and rooms at BON are beautiful, the staff is very helpful and transportation was excellent. The downside is having to take transportation all throughout the property and walking to the pools is a long distance. Going out of the property to experience the town is a bit of process and must take a taxi since Vidanta does not allow Uber to access the property. Even though there’s plenty of activities and restaurants in Vidanta is expensive and they don’t have an all inclusive option."

"Fantastic Stay at Hotel Mio! We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Mio. The service throughout our visit was top-notch, and our room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The highlight of the hotel has to be the amazing pool area—perfect for relaxing. Both the bar and the food were impressive; the drinks were exceptionally good, and the food exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Property y and staff were wonderful. Rooms were clean and refreshing. The hacienda where the buffet was, was clean, and staff was exceptional and buffet was replenish shed endlessly. Overall, this was our 20th stay at samba and we continue to come back because the staff will do anything to make your experience the best it can be!!!!!"
