"I left the hotel with extreme disappointment and anger. My friend and I stayed for two nights from December 9-11. Originally, my booking was at the Le Monet Hotel but was cancelled last minute. Luckily, I managed to make a reservation at the Brent Guest House. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to see a beautiful lobby and welcoming staff. "Irene did a great job accommodating our needs and showing us hospitality. I liked Transient house because it seems the best balance between all criteria - value, service... but also elevation: it is located high enuf to give great views but not too far from valley/ village. We got to go to a wedding while we were here. Very cool! "
