"Really clean and well maintained. Free crib was great. Free parking. Dinner options limited in surrounding area. Breakfast small and busy, good quality but ran out quickly. The doors have no inside lock so managing our toddler from opening the door and running out was a challenge. A good stay. Thank you!"

"Great location right on the Danube. Serene garden view or river views are very calming. I love how they’ve converted this 11th/12th century property still maintaining some ancient structures and artifacts into modern living space. The owner takes special pride in every little detail. Wish we had more time to explore this beautiful town and surrounding countryside. Will definitely come back and tell our friends too."

"Great location on the edge of downtown Melk so out of heavy traffic. Staff always ready to help. Breakfast was fresh and enough to kickoff the day. Room as expected and due to high temperatures (>95°F), they had a cooling fan as well explained how to use the awnings to aid in cooling. Can't acknowledge that the staff was superb and attentive. Worth a visit"

"We were there only for 1 night, on a Sunday, so the hotel had very few guests, and there was little open in town. The hotel is in walking distance to the train station. The breakfast was very nice. The front desk, and the bar, closes completely around 7:30-8 daily. Once it's closes you can only enter in through a side door with a key card."
