I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. "The room was smaller compared to their other property in Rock Hill. Also didn't have ice maker, a bigger leather chair and a rotating desk chair like the Rock Hill SC property. I like that it was very clean, the AC was great and the staff was very attentive and nice. Yes, I'll recommend it."

"The elevator made an awful noise, the furniture in our room was held together with duct tape, the suitcase stand was missing. We had requested a handicap room. The only thing handicap was the high sink and the handicap buzzer outside the door. The only plus I can give this hotel is that the staff was helpful and nice."

"This was my second week staying here, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the beds suck. The first week the customer service was superb. This week not so much. Check in took over an hour due to issues with other check ins ex: debit credit cards not working. That's frustrating after a long drive when all you want to do is rest."

"Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead."

"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"My two rooms smelt like mold, the sink was broken in both rooms. The water stayed in sink for the entire time. Did not get our room cleaned the entire time. Will not stay Eve again."
