"I don't care if I hear a "sorry you had a bad experience" The hotel pictures do not accurately describe what you are getting. My son took a picture because it looked like a truck stop hotel. There were huge black flies all over the room, the soap dispensers were all empty, there was a Dorito chip on the bathroom floor on the dirty black grout. "The room was clean, modern, and exactly as pictured! The natural light was so calming to wake up to. The staff were very helpful, kind, and hospitable. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed from various pots/pans, dish/glass wear, fridge-freezer, a kettle, and cutlery. The iron and ironing board in the closet comes handy. "It was an older hotel, that was very close to the metro. It had a decent pool but limited to 10 ppl at a time and the Sauna wasnt working. The a/c wasn’t on in the hallways or the hot box elevator that was super slow."
