"I have nothing but praises on this hotel. 5 Star quality, from the moment we checked in, Bianca did an excellent job, because we had to move from another hotel in the same area due to unsatisfactory experience, She let us looked at the rooms first prior to deciding which suite to take, special mention to JP and Russell, the concierge guys and all the security people - Roberto, too bad did not remember the names of the rest. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Loved the local Filipino food they offered. Also really appreciated their attentiveness to allergens and providing safe dishes for my son. The chef came out everyday to discuss options with my son.
