"Ot is a beautiful propperty with spacious and clean rooms. That being said, they need to train all the staff in customer service skills, polite etiquette and how to assist the guests with whatever they have questions about. Upon check-in (after 12 midnight), the older lady did not inform me of any basic services or rules of the hotel.
