Clean, spacious rooms. The lobby, rec room, and dining area have been updated and are clean and lovely. The morning breakfast was a very nice convenience. The front desk staff was not rude but did the bare minimum. Didn't tell us to register our vehicle to park (even though they asked if we were parking with them) & we got a note on our windshield in the morning. Other minor examples, too, of not really being in the "helpful host" mode. Not a huge issue and would stay here again.

Love the area, rooms were nice, and large with a kitchenette, very friendly staff and great dining options all walking distance. Rooftop was closed because of the season but the downstairs small bar was fine and the bartender was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, we will be back.

Family friendly. Easy to navigate. Room wasn’t ready at check in. That was disappointing with three kids. Otherwise everything else has been good.

The staff told my husband and I on 3 separate occasions that we would be able to check out early with no penalty as long as we gave 24 hrs notice. We gave them notice and now we are being charged the remainder of the stay. The staff was extremely rude about it and denying that they ever told us that. They did not look into our reservation at all and now it's somehow our fault. The hotel did not have a safe and sanitary area to be able to take my kids out to a restaurant. There were police arresting people right outside of the hotel, it was noisy, could not see out of the windows, dusty, and water all over the bathroom due to the shower system they have. It has become a nightmare ever booking with them.

Nice stay. Amazing location for restaurants. Missed breakfast as i had remembered it was served til 10. Turns out it was only 9 on weekdays. Nice woman let me in the kitchen to take food from the cleared trays. I really appreciated the help!

This is a very nice property, with a comfortable room and common areas. We were, however in a room directly below a long-term guest who stays here. We were woken at 3:30 am by loud music and movement in the room above us. We contacted the front desk 3 times and they told us they asked him to turn the music down, but he did not comply. Things finally quieted down around 7am - but we lost out on a good night’s sleep - for $235.

My room was clean and spacious but the outside noise was very loud. I had difficulty finding the entrance to the parking lot and there is not enough parking. My room keys were not activated for the parking garage.

Easy to get to off the highway. Charming small village atmosphere in the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very generous, spacious room with kitchen and sitting area. Bed was very comfortable. A full bar in the lobby with a gas fireplace, was a great place to sit and have a drink upon arrival before deciding where to go out for dinner.

The hotel is convenient to the metro-north rail, shopping, and restaurants. Big rooms geared towards convenience - HUGE walk-in shower!

Good Stay in SONO
We had a good stay at the Marriott in SONO. It's a fairly new hotel, but maintenance could use some improvement. Breakfast was decent. Easy check-in and check-out. Good restaurant options in the neighborhood.

Front desk team was professional, friendly and always available. Breakfast was full of options, well-stocked and well-attended by hotel staff. Parking was a dream---you can go in and out without paying an additional fee. Rooms are huge, linens and pillow were fresh and comfortable. They even have a white noise machine and bedside reading lamps.
