"A lovely quiet place perfect for a night away. Clean and comfortable. Great host, always there to help out. Just be aware that the hot tub is a paid extra, something that is not mentioned but that is not the hosts fault. They are unsure why that information is missing from the listing. Hotels.com were useless at trying to sort that out. But don't hesitate to book this place, just maybe drop them a message about using the hot tub first. Thanks for a great stay Jenna, nice to meet you 👍"

"I booked 2 rooms to celebrate my Dad’s birthday. The hotel were extremely accommodating with our room request. We booked spa access for the morning of departure. The spa is an excellent addition to the hotel with great views over the harbour. Only one small negative … we were told at the bar to find a table & they would take drinks order. We sat outside and waited 10 minutes with no service so ending up leaving and had cocktails elsewhere."

"We had a very last minute booking, but the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was good and spacious, located in the annex, it did not have bath, but we were OK with the shower. The food is good, the breakfast was lovely, however continental part has no porridge and no cheese/charcuterie, just corn and other flakes and bread and jam and some small pastries. Beautiful location, building, good and comfy beds and good service"

"A friend and I have just returned from spending 4 nights at The Priory Hotel. The staff were helpful,friendly and welcoming. We had single rooms which were roomy the bed and pillows were comfortable. We ate breakfast in the hotel which was excellent and lots of choice . We ate dinner also,out of choice as the menu was good and again the food excellent. We would certainly stay there again. We have also seen their Christmas activities and menus that look amazing."
