"First off, the room was not nearly as nice as pictured. We noticed the couch was nasty and didn't even want to sit on it. My wife then discovered at least 2 dead cockroaches. At least they were dead, right? There was a large crack in the wall. The tv had wires just hanging down the wall in a mess. ..."

"Rooms were very dirty. Had new white bottom sandals I only wore in the room and the soles were black when we left. Stayed 2 nights . Had no maid service the entire stay.
