"The property itself was spotless. I didn't see a speck of dust. It is obviously cleaned pretty much daily. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and had everything you needed. I would add some baking trays and oven gloves but apart from that it was great! The bedroom was clean and tidy. "This is a beautiful hotel. A traditional style property with a rustic charm. Wood panelling, roof beams and cladding add to its charm. Gorgeous stained glass windows enhance the stunning dining room. Friendly informative staff offer a warm welcome. A tasty continental and freshly cooked breakfast is available. Placed in a central location to all local attractions. A well stocked bar. Discounted parking is available, a shortwalk away but bags were secured stored ahead of checking in and diections were given alongside a useful map."

"In short the stay was good, staff were helpful. I did think that the room had a bit of a weird smell to it, I didn’t report this tho. The only thing that bothered me was I arrived at 3.50pm and was told room was not ready. Although check in was at 3pm. So had to wait in the bar for around 20mins until room was ready. I was given a drinks voucher while I waited."
