"Our air conditioner didn't work properly which made the room really hot as it was over 30 degrees celsius in Bath when we were there. Front desk staff tried to help but it seemed like the A/C unit just didn't work properly. They offered for us to switch rooms which we declined cause we were only staying for one night and it was already late, but they gave us a fan and a free breakfast which made up for the lack of A/C."
