"Unfortunately after spending a long day driving(10+ hours) we had to wait a while to get keys as the front desk person was having a hard time with the computer. She did let us into our room but then we had to wait for her to call and go back and finish the paperwork. Took about 30 minutes. There was hardly any lukewarm or hot water for the showers. Sign on bathroom mirror stated towels and linens would be changed daily and they weren’t . We chose this place to stay as I specifically searched...

"The hotels state they are in the midst of being remodled. The lobby and pool area are very cool, however the pool was very dirty and not usable (for us anyway), the rooms are still dated and not fancy at all but clean. All in all for the amount paid it's a decent deal"

"This was our first time at Lakeview and we were impressed all around. The property is beautifully located on the lake with fantastic views. The motel room was rustic and quaint, perfect for me and my 2 teenagers. The owners of the property were extremely helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay here. The variety of places to stay on the property make it a good fit for anyone, and the playground, grills, picnic tables and pool make it great for families too."
