"WE ONLY BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT HAD A HOT TUB!! WHEN WE CHECKED IN NO ONE TOLD US IT WAS NOT WORKING. AFTER HIKING AT CUYAHOGA NATIONAL PARK ALL DAY WE REALLY WANTED TO SOAK IN THE HOT TUB...BUT IT WAS NOT WORKING!!! MANAGER SAID HE WOULD AUTHORIZE A REFUND THRU EXPEDIA. THATS MY NEXT STEP"

"We didn’t like 4 out of our 7 breakfasts and we didn’t like our bedding not being changed mid-week as expected. The few staff people we encountered were pleasant enough given the shortage of them for a busy hotel. Most likely not retuning."
